What we collect

If you fill out a quote form, we collect the information you type: your name, service address, phone number, and whether the property is a home or a business. If you complete the optional second step, we also collect your email address, what you want lit, color preference, budget range, timing, and any notes you add.

We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

Like most websites, our host records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to measure how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and whether someone requests a quote, calls or texts us. It is used to measure traffic patterns, not to identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We also use the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies so Meta (Facebook and Instagram) can measure the results of our ads and show our ads to people who have visited this site. You can control ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings and at facebook.com/adpreferences.

Why we collect it

To prepare your design preview and quote, to contact you about it, and to schedule and perform work if you hire us. That is the whole purpose. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for a quote.

Who else sees it

Our website host, Netlify, processes and stores form submissions on our behalf. We may pass your information to the software we use to write quotes and schedule work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as we are working with you and for a reasonable period afterward, since most customers come back the following season. Ask us to delete your information and we will.

Photographs of your home

We often photograph finished installations. We will ask before using a photograph of your property in our gallery, on social media, or in advertising, and you can decline or change your mind later.

California residents

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete it, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell personal information. Contact us using the details above and we will respond.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
